You'll get lots of qualified advice here in a few minutes. Meantime...

Lowering is easy with silver solder. I successfully lower reeds
9 semitones with excellent performance.

Raising is tougher because you can only get the tip so thin. I prefer to
raise pitch by only 1 semitone this way. I've done 2 semitones (whole step)
and more, but that's a lot of torture and carving on the reed.

Looks like your pitch-raising occurs in the mid range. That's
good because smaller reeds respond MUCH better to raising by thinning the
tip, than lower reeds.

I think the better option is reed changing.
